How are deliveries made?
You place and schedule your order on our online portal. All deliveries are made in temperature controlled refrigeration trucks.
Can I return items?
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee within 24 hours of delivery. If an item is damaged, incorrect, or different than what was ordered, we will take it back. You can request an item to be return on your online portal and chat directly with us!
What happens if an item is out of stock?
We will search surrounding stores for the item. If other stores have them we are happy to bring them to you at no additional fees. If the item is out of stock in all surrounding stores, we can try a similar item or when the stock arrives we will deliver on a different day or at a later time.
How late can I place my order?
You can place your order up until 11:59pm the night before it is needed.
What if I need to make changes to my order?
You can email or text by 2am for changes that need to be made on day of delivery.
When do I pay for my order?
Payment is due upon delivery. You will be given an itemized receipt with our freight fee upon checkout via email.
